How long can I keep the garment?

You get to keep each item(s) for a full week from your selected date. 

 

Is shipping free?

There is a flat rate 5.00 fee per order to cover tracking information, however returns are free and easy.

 

Does Rentmod ship internationally?

Unfortunately, we only ship within the US at the current moment. We have plans to expand internationally in the near future.

 

Do I need to clean the garment after my usage?

No need to clean at all, Rentmod covers all dry cleaning costs!

 

How can I tell if the outfit will fit me?

Our stylists are available via live chat every day and night to answer any sizing questions. We are also happy to send you more photos/videos of the outfit. We also can provide exact measurements of the item(s), which you can then compare to your own clothes.

 

What if the outfit doesn't fit me or doesn't 'look right on'?

We do not offer a refund in this case, as again we may have passed up other opportunities to rent the specific garment out to another person on that specific date. As stated above, we will do everything in our power to make you feel confident in your decision.

 

What if I accidentally damage the garment?

Although we hope for you to treat it like your own, we do know accidents happen. Please contact us if something happens, and we'll try to walk you through how to lessen the damage if possible.
Minor stains, rips, missing beads, stuck zippers or other minor damages are covered by Rentmod. If the item(s) are demaged beyond repair, or not returned at all, you will be charged 100% of the original retail value of the product.

How do I return my order?

After your rental period is up, returns are free and easy! Simply drop the item(s) off at a USPS store with the packaging and return label we provide. You will know which date you need to return it by with a clear invoice in your order.

What if I am late returning my order?

If something comes up and you have to be a day or two late returning, just contact us and we'll work with you. If we don't hear from you and the item is late (we use tracking info to check), we charge $10 per day the item(s) are not returned.
